Summer is just around the corner. Day Light Savings (DLS) time has given us more daylight in our evenings and is helping our environment, and both of those effects improve our business and cultural worlds. This is why in many places around the world DLS time is also known as Summer Time.

Set some exciting goals. Without worthy goals, you will never be motivated to get things done. Do not multitask. Research has shown that most multitasking is not productive. For optimum productivity, focus on result-oriented activities. Pareto’s law states that 80% of the outputs result from 20% of the inputs. This means that 20% of our actions result in 80% of the results. We must find the 20% that is creating the 80% of our desired outcomes and focus solely on those activities.
Your customers are your number 1 priority, don’t you agree? “Silence is golden” is not necessarily good from your customer’s point of few. Keep in touch and communicate with them.
